Our routine for summer-mom of 3 boys

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫...🌊
- a mom of 3 busy boys and all different ages.
- work from home/ still nursing
* by no means do I know what I am doing, and I am totally up for suggestions and activities! *
🌊 Our mornings start off with getting dressed first thing.
Wake up to clothes all laid out from the night before.
Breakfast.
As they start playing with their toys and or watching their morning movie that's when I shower and get ready for the day.
🌊 GET OUTSIDE
This is when we get our shoes on and all go for a walk,
I find this helps put us all in a good mood to start the day.
When we get back home I grab water bottles, snacks, and my work and we head out to the backyard.
🌊 First Nap/Lunch
Archer is still napping twice a day so we all have to come inside,
I make the boys lunch and this is when they are allowed to do crafts, video games or go on their tablets while Archer naps.
And I get more phone work done.
🌊 He wakes up early afternoon
We get into the car and either go do our errands for the day or go do something fun for the older two like the beach or park. (somewhere close to home)
🌊 When we come back I start dinner because this is when things can turn very easily in our house. We like to call it the bewitching hour, lol do you have that too?
🌊 I prepare dinner/snack/drinks
And get all uniforms out and ready if one of the boys have an activity that evening.
- que archers second nap. 💤
This one is currently guaranteed to be on me. So everything needs to be prepared for the older two in advance.
🌊 After dinner, activities, bath, and play
We all know this is the busiest and craziest part of the day and things may never go smoothly, fighting may occur, everyone is over tired, and cranky.
My favourite thing to do is after bath wrap them up in towels, have snacks prepared and a movie with blankets, pillows and their favourite stuffies.
Movie nights go extremely well in our house. 🎥
While this is happening I set myself up for the next day.
Getting their clothes out.
Cleaning up from the day.
Putting laundry in.
Checking off my work to do list ✔
